The Barque Tijuca next to the rope store.  The flensing plan is right of centre.

Tijuca, an 846 gross registered ton, three masted iron barque was built in 1866 by E. Gouin, Nantes, as a fully rigged ship.  She was converted to a barque in 1907 and purchased by Cia. Argentina de Pesca S.A. Tijuca carried stores to the South Georgia whaling stations for thirty five years until her sale in 1942. The vessel was stranded near the Rio Grande, Brazil in 1946 and became a total loss.
